This California Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a well-balanced, medium-bodied oil with a distinctive mix of orange-melon and Asian pear component with a finish of spicy pepper. This fruit forward Olive Oil is suitable for all cooking, baking or adding to a salad. The smooth, buttery flavor is perfect for preparing Mediterranean cuisine. Drizzle on vegetables, grilled meats and seafood as a finishing oil.
