A special release of our recently bottled Extra Virgin Olive Oil is now available. Produced from Auberge du Soleil estate grown heritage Nevadillo, Lucques and Redding Picholine varieties, the olives were hand-picked and milled immediately after harvest to preserve natural antioxidant rich phenols. This fruity multi-cultivar expression delivers a well-balanced finish of bitterness and pepper, ideal for any culinary endeavor.
